I would like to come back to this to leave a less clunky, review once I'm feeling better, but for now I want to express my gratitude to TCI (Owosso) and especially the PA Kristen and person who has been on call. First, to the on call person, thank you. Words fail me. You were so supportive and went well above and beyond. I just watched Kristen's "meet my provider", and she is even warmer in person. Thank you, Kristen. Between you and the on call angel, as well as Dr. T, it's rare that I have felt such caring, warmth, and kindness, especially since Covid. You listened to me, truly listened, even when I knew how improbable it was what I had to say. I'm grateful and deeply touched. As a person diagnosed later in life with a particular medical condition, I have not always been treated with such dignity and respect. Thank you for being true medical professionals.

I have been going to the Owosso office for over 20 years and seeing Dr. Hernandez. Great staff and doctors. My husband also now goes to Owosso TCI after going into cardiac arrest requiring 3 stents just before Christmas 2021. His doctor is Dr. Link along with his physician assistants & nurse practioners. The Mysparrow app has been great help adjusting his dosage of blood thinner and one of his other medications with quick responses from the office. We recommend Owosso TCI.

The Doctors are nice, but everything about my experience besides them has been terrible. Went to Owosso office for my new patient consolation, doctor said he wanted to do a 30 day heart monitor and schedule a ultrasound. They couldnt get them scheduled while I was there which I was understanding of. They told me they would call me and let me know when it was scheduled. Never heard from them. My second visit was at lansing office they gave me heart monitor while I was there and told me they scheduled my ultrasound at the Owosso hospital because it was in network. The Owosso office never scheduled ultrasound or heart monitor for me is what the Lansing told me. I called the Lansing office 2 weeks later to schedule surgery they told me they scheduled it for the same day as ultrasound to make it easier. I called them the Thursday before surgery to see how long I can expect to be out of work and they told me that the surgery was never scheduled and that they would look into and that they wanted me to come in after ultrasound to figure out what happened with surgery mess up and go over ultrasound. Then I got a call the next day from them to confirm the ultrasound and she informed me that it was scheduled in Lansing which would be a lot more expensive because it is out of network. I explained that the person on the phone the paper I have in front of me says ultrasound Owosso hospital from their office so why now all of a sudden did it change. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a cardiovascular doctor look else where because the staff here has no clue what they are doing. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the same hassle I have had to deal with!
