Be prepared if you move here. I have lived here for over 3 years. It use to be a nice place to live. We have went through 4 managers in this time. The manager now , picks and chooses who she likes and gets rid of the rest. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do not care if she reads this. It is my opinion. I went on vacation last year. While i was gone, they decided i had fleas in my apartment( my apartment is always clean). In the meantime the maintanance man came and flea bombed my apartment. When i returned after a month, The bomb cans were still sitting in my apartment and i had to pay 250$ to have all my furniture cleaned and my apartment cleaned by professionals. I was diagnosed with cancer in Dec of last year. I went through breast cancer surgery, Radiation and pneumonia . In the mean time , she has sent me violation after violation for smoking. I quit smoking when i found out i had cancer , In December. I wrote her a letter and told her; But she did not care. The next thing i got a 30 day notice to quit. So i am moving now. I do not recommend this place . Maintenance is almost non existent .

This is a Smoke Free facility. Yet smokers are free to smoke with the smoke odor prevelant throughout the building. Nothing is done about it. It stinks!!
