        Its sad when your customer service is what makes people decide elsewhere. You should really look into the way the woman on the phone treats people. She is the reason my taxes are all being invested into another propane company. Rude is an understatement! I have seen on community pages several complaints on the service from her as well. You guys better check into whats going on because Im not the only one stating they are leaving or have already left due to her unprofessional behavior.
