I was very impressed with Brandon and his crew. Everyone was very polite and professional. The work performed for generator installation and other electrical upgrades was outstanding. The crew was on the same page and worked very fluent and efficiently with eachother. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone. Needed to have my meter box replaced along with the wires. Brandon and his crew were able to take care of it for me. Everyone was professional and polite. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

I had an electrical problem and set out to find an electrician. I called no less than 17 places within 50 mi of Lapeer. All but two had answering machines and did not return calls. Kraft electrical service actually had a person answer the phone. They could not help me immediately as that they had other work going on, but by the next day Brandon come out and looked at my problem. Wrote up a quote and we agreed to do the work. He was excellent at explaining my problem and what I needed to do and answering any of my crazy questions as that I am a girl that wants to know! They all continued to answer any of my questions or concerns while the job was being done. Brandon and his crew are very thoughtful responsible and do incredibly clean work quickly! Hands down five stars for these guys! I deal with a lot of contractors throughout the years and crafts electrical is certainly one of the few that I will recommend ! Fantastic experience and I have beautiful a electric service
