After calling them, they promptly sent out a courteous estimator. Price and timing wete competitive from others I called. After accepting, they got out fast with all their climbers and equipment and took tree down within a couple hours. Amazing to watch! They completely cleaned up. A couple days later they sent out a stump grinder. Job done! This is easily the most profession and efficient tree service I've ever used. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 20! We had a very tall pine tree cut down recently. We hired Big Twig for the second time in two years. They are top notch. The price is competitive. Big Twig was professional and experienced. They job was done quickly and perfectly. Not one flower or bush was touched. They cleaned every up including sweeping the street. I would hire them again in a minute!

I called several tree removal companies that told me they could remove my tree 3 weeks or more down the road. Then I found Big Twigs. Estimator was professional, friendly, courteous and on time. Said they could get to removing my tree within a couple weeks and had a great price! Then, they called to schedule my removal and set me up for an appointment the following week! Crew came out and removed the tree within a few hours. They were respectful of our property, even set up "bumpers" between our house and garage so there would be no damage from their equipment. Crew cleaned up any and all debris and had stump removal done next work day! I can't recommend these guys enough! We will definitely be using them for all of our tree trimming needs in the future! From the start the experience was great! Jon got back to us right away and came over to give us a quote. When we decided we maybe wanted another tree taken down Jon came out the next morning so there wouldnt be a delay. The day of the job the crew did great work! They are efficient and know what theyre doing. It was really cool watching them work! We highly recommend Big Twigs!

Big Twigs did an amazing job. They rolled up 1 minute after the quoted time of 8am and got to work very quickly. The whole job took about 3 hours for a very tall tree in Royal Oak that is close to a house. The guys took a lot of care to make sure nothing fell on the structure and did a very thorough clean up. Best of all, the price was very competitive compared to other companies in the area. The gentleman who owns the company is very attentive and made sure all expectations were set on how the process would play out. I would highly recommend . Service: Tree trimming & pruning
