Wing and Shot

Well we just picked up our WPG from Wing and Shot and WOW what a great experience this past 4 weeks have been for Ranger. What a great group of people they have working there. Communication was excellent, the updates vis FB posts were daily and the training he received was 5 stars. Thank you again everyone at Wing and Shot/Ugly Dog. We will be back!!!!

Sasha stayed with Wing & Shot for six months at the ago of 7 months old for obedience & bird training. It was very obvious to me that Fred was experienced and ran the kennel in an organized manner. I always felt our dog was being treated well and was safe. Her obedience training has been benefical since returning home. She's been home for two months now and with warmer weather I'm planning on working with birds soon - will follow up with a bird review in a couple of months (I'm confident that the review for bird hunting will be outstanding). I highly recommend Fred & his team for dog training & care when away from home. Thanks Fred!

Never, Never, Never send your dogs here! Worst place/experience ever. People should not be recommending them for anything. If you care about your dog DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.

Don't take your dogs to the Ugly Dog!!!. I've talked to various sources that will be kept anonymous, but from everything I have heard, this is an awful place to keep your dogs. They've already had dogs die there. They hire people who don't understand dogs and make bad decisions. There have been dog fights and dogs getting sick. There have been workers there who don't do a proper job of giving dogs their meds and making sure that the dogs get their specific treatment. They have let caution dogs out with other dogs(dogs that can't be with others). They've let un-fixed out with dogs in heat (fertile dogs). I think the potential is there for this place, but they need to hire people who know what they're doing so that stuff like this doesn't happen. Otherwise, there's a huge chance of a lawsuit happening.
