        Crystal in service is the opitome of customer service. She did what she said. She recognized I had mobility issue. She has escorted me to cashier, she helped me put on my coat. She carried my cushion. She escorted me to say hi to my long time sales mgr friend, Chris Bowen. Then escorted me to my warmed up car. Later that day I had issue with my car and was physically and financially unable to return to the Ortonville dealership. Crystal arranged for my car to be picked and brought back, with replaced gas in it. The service was timely. Crystal was above and beyond caring and helpful. She is a real asset to the dealership and great example of the Ford motor customer service effort. I look forward to my next service and working with Crystal again. I'm grateful.
