Outback Steakhouse - Closed

The call ahead list is extremely inaccurate. I put my name on the list for 7:00 (an hour and a half prior to that) and when I got there at 7:00 was told it would be a 45 minute wait and that the call ahead isn't a reservation. I have a hard time believing that an hour and a half before 7:00 there was a 2.5 hour wait. The restaurant had about half of the tables empty and the ones that had people at them were small groups of 2-4 people. The bar was practically empty so we ended up just taking a seat there. The service wasn't great at the bar. I had to ask multiple times for condiments and refills. The bar was maybe a quarter full. Overall an extremely disappointing Outback meal.

Considering that I came form far and tired I actually enjoy the meal , this picture says it all came exactly like the picture and I was delighted for the service and friendly atmosphere

First off-Our waitress Was awesome! She did her best with the circumstances. The hosts- debatable. The server at the host stand when I got there, rude, disrespectful and apparently doesnt want a large table with 5 servers that know how to tip correctly included in it, called ahead to let them know it was my birthday and I would have most of my family coming. 15-16 people. Was told there were no reservations but I could risk it if I wanted. The server at the host stand said psh not for me and thats on yall when I explained how many people we had when we arrived. The first 4-5 drinks we ordered were missing ingredients to be made or just werent available. The steaks came out cold and just plain not done right. We were told that theres a new rule for just one piece of bread per table. Just an awful experience. Ive worked restaurants before and during covid, this is NOT how to keep business. 0/10 would not recommend until they can get it together.
