Panda Express

This place has gone down hill exponentially, portions were a major reason people came here, they don't even fill the container now...... for the price I can get a full dish at a Chinese restaurant........

I don't know what was worse, the metal shaving in the orange chicken or having to argue to get the money refunded. You have cc card system and can refund as easily as you take transactions. Seriously needs customer service lacking is an understatement. "Really, there's nothing we can do" until mentioning health inspector and I get my refund in cash.

Typically love Panda but this place is the worst one Ive been to. They skimp on their portions. They fill your cup half full of ice and then charge for refills. Terrible service and act like they are doing you a favor. Thanks for reminding me why I hate the mall.

Had a horrible experience!! My mom and I came here after her gallbladder surgery and the only thing she could eat was the beef and broccoli- which isnt a problem, but it tasted terrible and the portion was tiny for the price. We tried getting a refund but was told by the very rude worker named Bindhu that they didnt do refunds. There was no sign or anything stating that and she proceeded to call mall security on us after threatening the cops because we wanted a refund never coming back to this location.

Probably the worst Panda Express in my area. The fried rice was mushy, crunchy and tasteless. The black pepper chicken was fatty and chewy. The egg roll was chewy and too oily. The apple pie spring roll was pretty good. Three of the employees were super nice while two others were super rude. I would recommend choosing a different food vendor in this food court.
