image I ordered from them, Magazine Line the first week of May 2023. Today is September 15. I have still not received my magazine after four calls. Everytime I call or my husband does they say we'll get our magazine in two weeks. I have now requested a refund. They say I'll get that in two weeks. I have my doubts.

image Don't waste your money. Order directly from publisher. May cost a little more, but at least you will receive your order. I ordered for my son, who is incarcerated, in 2021. He never received the magazine. So I tried again a few weeks ago. Got and email today that they don't send magazines to prisons. I wouldn't have wasted my money.

image I ordered 2 subscriptions I only got one. I exchanged several emails with the company asking for help. They eventually told me that it was not there fault and I should check with the post office because they were holding them. I checked with the post office, they had nothing held for me, everything had been delivered that was sent to me. Magazine line just didnt do there job and when I asked about why I havent received my magazines they made a excuse for why it wasnt there fault.
I will not buy from this company again.
