Terrible experience. The lady at the checkout counter was inconvenienced by me purchasing only one pair of panties. And it was a waste of her time.

I went in today because I know the company itself carries smaller sizes and Im not very big. When I went in I asked an employee if they had any of the AA in store I was told no. I said that was fine and asked if they had any 34As I could try I was told oh we have a bunch of 32As! And directed to several drawers. I told her I couldnt do a 32 they were too tight she responded by saying well you can try them on to see if youd like us to order you the 34AA! I said thank you and she went back to what she was doing. When I went into the directed drawers they were empty. The other drawers only had size 32B. Ive never felt so embarrassed and hurt. I finally found 3 sizes I hoped would help me make a good judgement and got a dressing room from another employee. I ended up leaving in tears after handing the garments to the second employee who said a very empty oh Im sorry. When I said they didnt fit and asked where they would like them. This is not an experience Id wish on anybody who struggles to find things that fit. Theyll just make you feel worse about yourself.

As long as you shop their deals, they really aren't any more expensive than anywhere else. Their bras hold up a hell of a lot longer too. They are also have mastectomy bras on their website as well.
