        God forbid if Shelby Velasquez is assigned to be your agent. GOOD LUCK! She lost my paperwork, took 1-6 weeks to return phone calls (if at all), and flat out lied to me. I know if I were to act that way to clients, my employer would fire me with a quickness because they care about their customers/clients & their reputation. I cannot say the same about ASU...
