        Walked in with my son, was told it would be a 15 minute wait, which actually turned into an hour. When the stylist came out to bring us back, she took one look at my son, who is autistic, and said nope. She denied us service before even seeing his temperament or working with him. Will absolutely never be back.

        Bad service, with no heads up on how the queue or check in went when I walked in. I watched as they skipped over my name without checking or anything. I was already running short on time and was told to go back online and mark I was there in the shop. I ended up walking out and probably will not waste my time going back. Obviously the time piece is on me but I had already kinda waited awhile and its kind of ridiculous my name can be right there, I can tell you im here, and Im sitting right infront of you and I just get blatantly blown off and skipped.
