My 96 Yr old mother has doctored with Dr. Perry for years and while Dr Perry is very good with her, the office staff has become less than. My mother was scheduled for months for an appointment on Mon., Oct.25th. and after arriving at the office we were told that they tried calling her TWICE to change her appointment to the following day because Dr Perry is not in on Mondays! She could not make the following day due to an eye Dr. appointment. Come to find out, the number they called TWICE was her old cell phone number and even though they have her land line number, no one bothered to try calling it. It is difficult for my mother to get out at this point and she was very upset and frustrated with the situation. The woman at the desk seemed very unapologetic. I dont understand how they gave her an appointment for a Mon. knowing Dr. Perry is only in on Tues. and Thurs. to begin with. Poorly run office.
