I got my teeth cleaned by Melissa who was very helpful with what to do and when and what not to do either, all lacking the shame I used to get from other hygentists. I love Dr. Grady's whole office staff!

You wont hear too many folks say that its a joy to go to the dentist, but I always leave my appointments feeling great! Everyone in the office is exceptionally nice. Dr. Grady is so engaging and always remembers details about me and takes the time to ask about my life, which is heartwarming and endearing!

Dr. Grady and his team have been treating me for the past 2 years and just completed my extensive dental restoration. Im very happy with the results. My smile has truly been transformed! My restoration was challenging and time-consuming, but Dr. Grady, specialist Sue and team were consistently attentive, patient and diligent. Dr. Grady was recommended by my Periodontist, Dr. Hagan, when my need for a complete restoration became evident. Dr. Gradys expertise is truly outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Grady for any dental services, but especially for complex and extensive restorations. His whole team is a pleasure to work with!

I have not been there once yet but was charged cancellation fees of $52 times 2. At no time did they tell us (e.g. via a "new patient info" or "welcome package") this policy. Not even when my wife was there doing the first visit. They did not tell her that they put my "no show" charge in HER bill (I am pretty sure this would be against HIPPA policy, to charge my wife an item related to me without her knowledge. Because they fear that I will never go back to charge me legally), and did not even give her the itemized bill. They called me yesterday saying there was a slot for today, again without informing me there would be a charge if I did not show. I called 3 times this morning to cancel it but then she finally called me back, I was told I would be charged again! Because the cancellation fee stays unless I call 24 HOURS before. But in both times I was called less than 24 hours ahead of time, to say there would a slot the day after. The first time I missed was because I lost my phone in a friend's car and being a first time visitor I did not remember the address or the doc's name well and could not find it even though I drove there. I called and told them about 20 min after my time. They did not even tell me there would be a charge during that time. So they could have told me multiple times about the cancellation policy but never did until they were going to charge me the 2nd time.
