Complete Chem-Dry of Lake Orion

Just before the Thanksgiving Holiday, my 3 rear old Grandson broke a large jar of spaghetti sauce on the bedroom carpet. The carpet was fairly new. I called Chem-Dry late that night and Dino answered. He was very kind and came out the very next day. We were so appreciative of the quick service and awesome job that was provided! We had an area rug and two bedrooms cleaned. Job well done! Stains were removed on my carpeting and the area rug looks great! My house smells so clean now!

I called multiple carpet cleaning places and Chem-Dry Lake Orion was the only one to answer the phone, so they got my business based on that alone. But after seeing their work, i am a customer for life. My carpet looks brand new. They just left, so i won't know if the cat pee smell is gone till the carpet dries. But i was happy to know that if we still smell it after its all dry the will come back out and do it again at no cost. We had an elderly sick male cat that used our Livingroom as his bathroom at the end of his life, and i just couldn't stomach paying for new carpet again. So really hoping this works. The crew that came out worked really quick, and did an excellent job of prepping the carpet for cleaning before. I had no idea how much animal hair was down in our carpet, even after i vacuumed it myself before they came out. I would recommend Chem-Dry to friends and family and i will definitely use again! Joe and Caleb cleaned our living room, hall, 3 bedrooms and staircase. They were on time, kind, professional and communicative about problem areas and suggestions for the service. The carpet looks like new! If you have kids and animals, I highly suggest adding the sanitizer in your high traffic rooms! Our house smells amazing and the carpet has already dried so quickly. Highly Recommend!
