Subway

Ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki, one of my favorite sandwiches when I was younger. Paid about $12 for it, took a couple bites and got no chicken. Opened up the footlong to count 8 pieces of 1 in x 1 in chicken. In a footlong sub. So I basically paid $12 for a heavily onioned salad sub. Everything but those 2 bites is now in my trash while I make another meal at home.

The restaurant was not open. I was able to place an order on the app and when I got there a sign said they close at 7 even though the website and Google both say 10 pm. They should absolutely not be allowed to take orders through the app if they arent open. Not sure if that is a corporate issue. I was still charged even though they are closed. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Employees were great but informed me they don't get free food while working, the owner must be a pickle and hate his employees. If not for the great employees I would never come back.

This Subway shop location does not accept on line coupons currently offered. Only one employee there .Some of the meat in the cooler was dried out ,To be fair ,he couldn't see that from his angle,and he removed it, But I have never seen that at any other location .Maybe that's why no one was there. Will not be returning.
