        In this day and age of lessening customer service, I was so very impressed with the help I receiced from Brian this morning. I called about a problem with a shower handle I had purchased there. He looked up the part but suggested I call Delta first for a free replacement. Kudos to Brian.. he could have just sold me the new part! Kudos to Delta who replaced it at no charge! I definitely recommend Universal Plumbing!!

        I came in to find a bathroom sink entire drain assembly. Steve helped me. He matched what I had to the right parts. Steve asked me if I had the right accessories to do the install, got me what I needed and explained how to do everything. I didnt even have to ask. I will not forget Steve and the team at Universal. Ill keep coming back. Home Depot and Lowes are a complete waste of time for plumbing items imo.
