        After I had screwed up the ordering process, I had to call and explain myself where I was welcomed to either send the products back and redo the order or bring them directly to the Trerice company and exchange them. I'm glad I decided to make the trip in person. Nostalgic old but clean facility, great employees, and products just as good as the ones I've installed as a millwright for 40 years.
