        It would be nice if this Tim Hortons operated like most other Timmys. This location always has issues with the time that theyre open and they dont make fresh coffee 30 mins before closing like the other Timmys. They use to be open insidenot anymore. They use to stay open past 5pm so that people that get off work could order drinks/food after worknot anymorethey close at 3pm but the latest time change is they are temporarily closing at noon per the handwritten sign over the drive thru speaker! 12 noon is the worse time to be closedthats working peoples lunchtime! Smh Hopefully another Timmys opens up in the area. UPDATE: Still not open inside but new hours posted over drive through speaker.

        I purchased a medium hot chocolate with a shot of espresso for $4.23. The drink DID NOT have the Espresso, that I paid for. I was not given a receipt. I didnt realize how early they closed. I called the next day and spoke with a female manager named Chris. I explained what happened, she said there was nothing she could do without a receipt. Even though I told her I was not given a receipt. Unacceptable since I offered to return to the location with the transaction on my bank statement. Piss & poor azz customer service! I wont be back!
