What a ride! As a new home buyer my husband and I were nervous and completely out of our depth. We were trying to purchase a home while living in a different state and using a VA loan (not all realtors understand this particular loan or prefer not to work with it). Lucky for us we connected with Megan and on first introduction we knew we had found our realtor! Not only was she knowledgeable (first meeting she used the time to ask us what we were looking for and gave a clear and complete breakdown of the home buying process and what to expect in todays housing market) and had the patience of Job. There was never a question she couldnt answer (even if it meant doing some research), never a time she was unresponsive (always answered our calls and text within a reasonable amount of time), and made it her mission to get us what we were looking for in the price range that suited our budget. I cannot imagine how we would have made it through this process without her experience, knowledge, and her above and beyond customer service! If you are looking for a realtor who is going to educate you, fight for the best offer, and make sure that you are always in the loop, Megan Ransome is your agent; you will not be disappointed! I would like to also give a mention to Jennifer (her assistant) for going above and beyond as well! She went to each house we were interested and FaceTiming us so that we could view the property in real time! She would zoom into areas that may be an issue and took notes and pictures to ensure we were able to make an informed assessment and decision.
