Kristin has been our buyer realtor and has done an incredible job. After hunting awhile in a very competitive market she helped us find our dream home and write up a special offer that helped us secure our home. she did amazing working through inspection request and just overall incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I would highly recommend Kristin for all of your realtor needs.

Kristin sold my elderly Mom's condo in Northville, and I could not have been more pleased with her service. She ended up getting a higher offer than another Realtor who actually lived in my Mom's community, and told me our asking price was too high. After the sale, Kristin personally went over and helped wrap up a number of issues that were beyond her area of responsibility... utility cancellations, subscription cancellations, condo dues...etc. Many loose ends that were time consuming and challenging for my Mom. Kristin knocked all of that out...didn't have to, wasn't asked to...just wanted to be helpful. She is a fantastic Realtor, but more importantly Kristin is a very caring person who provided service far beyond other Realtors I have previously worked with. 10 Stars!
