Top Dollar!! Crystal is a fantastic agent! She was spot on with her market evaluation and priced my house perfectly netting me Top Dollar! I appreciated Crystals hands-on approach; she was very attentive to all of my inquiries and always responded promptly. She kept me updated throughout the entire process which was greatly appreciated since I moved several hours away and was unable to be involved daily. I gave Crystal free reign to update/change anything she believed needed to be done and she nailed it. My house sold quickly and for a much higher price than I expected!
