We had made an appointment for 12pm and 1pm for my father and uncle to get tuxedos tailored for them. No one assisted us and the sale rep had taken another client at our timing. When we asked him about our appointment he said his partner will be coming shortly. Waited 45 minutes and no one showed. Finally just walked off and talked with a Nordstrom sales person about other brand tuxedos. Id give them zero stars if I could. Dont understand the use of appointments if youre not going to take us when its our time slot

Avoid this place at all costs! They cannot measure you accurately and their return policy is a joke. For the price and process of getting a tailored suit this was the worst fitting suit I have ever had. Literally not one part of the suit fit even remotely correctly. Edit: these people incorrectly told me to reorder a jacket as it could be in time for an event I needed but never completed the order that I learned wouldnt have mattered anyway. I contacted corporate customer service and was told they never should have had me order another jacket and tell me it could be in time for the event as there was no chance of that ever happening. Also, yea, I was well outside the (ridiculous) return window - though, not a year as they claim, which is on me but not one part of the suit was measured even close to correctly. After seeing him for the holidays, the groom's father also let us know he had to drive the 45 minutes to the store from our town a DOZEN times to try to get his suit right. This place is a joke.
