        Emil did such an amazing job for us!! My fiancee and I went to Helzberg on a Saturday evening in early February to "just look around" after window shopping online for 6 months. We showed Emil a photo of a setting from an online jeweler that I loved and Emil immediately knew the exact setting to offer us. We looked at one setting - alternating round and marquis diamonds with a bridge of diamonds under the center diamond prongs all set in yellow gold - and we were set! It was exactly like the one I had spent 6 months online window shopping for! Then, we looked at diamonds. Emil had 1 diamond at the store that we loved - a 2.5 carat vs2 F color, but it was more money than we had wanted to spend. Emil pulled up 2 options at other stores - one that was a 2.5 carat vs2 H color and one that was 2.13 carats vs2 F color that were in our price range. 3 days later, we went back to Helzberg to see the diamonds that Emil ordered. WOW!! They were amazing! Per Emil's expertise and patience, we chose the best diamond for our budget and liking and we couldn't be happier! We ended up buying the 2.13 carat vs2 with F color - it is stunning!! Emil also had the matching band for my setting, so we purchased that. My husband-to-be also got a beautiful wedding band from Emil. About 3 weeks after we got the engagement ring, we discovered a loose stone (thank you Helzberg in Auburn Hills for pointing this out to us!). We brought this to Emil's attention and he shipped it to the jeweler and rushed the repair in just a week! It was amazing! Overall, we've been so happy with Emil's timeliness, patience, encouragement, and support. We cannot thank him enough, nor recommend him enough! Thank you Emil!
