We have many of their products in my workplace. I had some questions and emailed and called many times, but they are not responsive. Weak customer support.

Kistler is an excellent company with a dedicated R&D/Prototyping engineering team. The company I work for has numerous Kistler Automation components within our final assembly department. Any issues we run into are typically met with immediate customer service, or on-site visits to clear up concerns. Strong recommendation from a first-hand user of their devices.

I worked with Kistler weigh-in-motion sensors well over ten years at the Florida Department of Transportation. I was never disappointed with the products or service I received while I was their customer. So when the opportunity of employment presented itself, I applied. Now seeing the internal operation, I understand how they continually maintain a high level of quality and service. There is a commitment to excellence and solid values within this company that is rare in today's business world. Kistler received an award from the "Center for Employer Attractiveness" recently for "best employer." The presenter, who was responsible for bestowing the annual award, made the following comment. "Thanks to inspirational management and leadership, a community built on trust and good working conditions, Kistler succeeds in creating a fruitful climate of innovation and achievement." When is the last time you heard someone describe a corporation in those terms? I'm so very proud and grateful to be apart of the Kistler team.
