        The staff at the office of Dr. James Ross are second to none. I felt like family being there. With that said, Im leaving 2 Stars simply because I was scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. I showed up at my appointment schedule and the office seems to be closed. It was even confirmed in the system. I was informed that before I left their office 2 weeks ago for my initial conversation. Very disappointed

        The whole staff is extremely friendly. Also very accommodating and take the time to make sure you are knowledgeable in knowing your treatment plan. 5 stars!

        Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming! I had been putting off going to the dentist for a long time because it always seems so terrifying, but there was no judgement and I actually enjoyed getting my teeth cleaned. Truly one of the best interactions I've had with any Healthcare office!
