Dental Care Novi

The Office staff is absolutely wonderful. They make you feel like family. They're very pleasant and polite. The office is very clean and comfortable and always smells good. The Dentist is outstanding. I hated going to Dentist, but since I've been seeing Dr Bradley I find it to be a pleasant experience. Very gentle, explains what he's doing, and is honest about when it may be uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dr David Bradley's.

Extremely unprofessional. 20 years I've been going here. The new owner really messed this place up. The guy treats the place like a pawn shop or something. Would it kill you to put on a pair of slacks and a formal shirt? Why have the 200lb dog in the office also? I'd think that would interfere with having a sterile environment. I love Dr. Sera. He helped me. Bridgidanne Murphy would be ashamed of what happened to her dental office.

It is by far a bad customer service, they were unprofessional. With no apologies or at least try to solve the issues .

This is now called Dr. David Bradley DDS but Dr. Serra still operates there. I came in a desperate condition, was promised restoration and 8 months/almost $35k later...left in WORSE condition. Emergency visit to another dentist (when Dr. Serra failed and left me hanging) had to give me 4 root canals and other work because the methods of treatment were so ridiculous that it ruined what was left of my mouth. De. Serra " stands by his work" and refused any refund forcing me into bankruptcy and no financial means to be able to function or eat solid food. This place and Dr. SAY they care...but it ia only about the money. It took 1 day to extract 25k from me......8 months to mess me up more. I tried to rectify and find a solution nicely, but sadly, Dr. Serra decided to put me in a position where I have to go to greater lengths. Would never recommend this office. I regret the day I set foot in there, and feel like an idiot for falling for the "niceness" presented....and for the promise of being fixed.

Stay away from this Dentists office. Its now under new ownership, Dr. Bradley has taken over. Dr Joseph Serra is a Quack as far as I can see. He Put braces on my daughters teeth who was an oral surgery candidate. After he took my daughters braces off she saw her oral surgeon and he questioned her about seeing an orthodontist. Dr. Serra obtain his credentials at the Las Vegas Institute and was by no means an Orthodontist. Staff at this office actually refers to him as an orthodontist. He still works at the office and Dr. Bradley supports him and his lies. He claims he had no idea that my daughter was an oral surgery candidate and he was very well aware of it. He wouldnt even speak to us when we went in there and Dr. Bradley said they could reapply the braces however it was going to cost her. What happened before he purchases the practice was of no concern to him, even though the previous owner still works out of the office. She saw an actual orthodontist and she has a long list of corrections that are needed to be made to her teeth, which are fracturing because the alignment is so poor. She just had the braces taken off in June of this year. Wasted $6900.00 and 2 years on a quack. Going to cost her $6500.00 and 2 more years to fix. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from both of these dentists associated with this office it may change names but the people inside are still the same
