Unfortunately, not the place to call if you want to get a quote back on your project that you need completed. I called HBS for a quote to get our master bathroom refinished/renovated to pre-loss condition (due to a water leak). Tom came out to review the bathroom and affected areas in the below floors, and told me I'd be able to see a quote within a couple of weeks. At the same time, I had filed a claim with my insurance company to cover the cost to get it back to pre-loss condition. I was patient. Called after a few weeks to check-in and was told that some people were out due to illness and it'll be another week...nothing. Called again and was told they'd get back to me. And now have gotten to the point where it feels obvious that my calls are being screened and sent to voicemail. I had full intentions of using Home Building Solutions as our contractor for our repairs and potentially future renovations in our new-to-us home based on the initial walk-through with Tom, but instead now I'm left calling around trying to find others to do the same work. Hope that this review helps others avoid the mistake the first time around.
