Safe, quiet, with very responsive and personable leasing and maintenance staff. My place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, bi-level spacious unit, with a balcony and large windows in the front and back that allow plenty of sun to flow through. I LOVE having also an attached garage and private entrance - both are essential amenities! The snow and trash removal (no unsightly dumpsters!) are wonderful perks. There are beautifully landscaped grounds, always clean and free of litter.The complex is in very affluent neigborhood and extremely close to any major store/retailer you can think of. Plus there are tons of restaurants, and West Bloomfield's nature trailhead, gorgeous Walled Lake and peaceful Pavillion Shore Park are all only a half to two miles away!

Im seriously considering breaking my lease! If my kid wasnt in school it would already be done. Ive lived in several apartments so this is not my first rodeo. I understand there will be noise but kids over my head sounding like theyre playing tackle football, jumping off furniture, speed racing from sun up to sun down is ridiculous. So dont expect moving here you will be able to enjoy a relaxing day or weekend at home where you pay rent because that wont happen here. Oh and the quiet hours thats stated in the lease! Just words they are not enforced!

These apartments are terrible from the leasing office to the unit. The people in the leasing office is terrible when it comes to communication.

The walls in this apartment complex are paper thin. I can hear everything from the units next to and above me. Every foot step from the unit above can be heard, along with the music that is blasted on full volume until 1:30 am. The quiet time that the leasing office has you agree when signing your lease with them is not enforced in the slightest bit. I have never experienced a more poorly built apartment complex. To add to the inconvenience of living here, the building across the street from my building has the same exact numbers in the address. The numbers of the units mirror each other exactly. We have received DoorDash orders that were delivered to us instead of the resident across the street six times now. We have lived here for two weeks. Also, all of my packages besides one have been delivered to the wrong unit. I have no idea why they would make the numbers of the units the same on buildings that face one another. I seriously regret moving here so much. Please do your research before moving to this poorly built apartment complex.
