        My steak was very dry and tough it does not promote it like it does in the commercials it was dry and nasty couldnt even finish. My food this was my first time coming there I do want to give it a second try but I dont know I dont want to waste another $24.

        Walked in at about 2115, there is every table dirty and covered in food. Then get up to the counter to order to find 6 employees total, only 1 working and preparing to go orders. The rest were just talking and goofing around. Every time I've been to this location it's dirty and slow/bad service.

        Have ordered probably 70+ Times in the past year and most employees know me by name at drive-thru. For whatever reason my same order that I always do was put to the inside shelf. I pull up at the drive thru and am told I have to come in to get it off of the shelf. She couldn't hand it to me thru the window even though she went and looked at the name on the order, then walked back to tell me I have to come in to get it. Ridiculous.
