        Got the run around for 5-6 weeks over a simple rain sensor that Complete Auto Glass has had no trouble finding, twice now, in the last 3 years. Every time I called to check on this someone would sympathize with why I was getting frustrated and promise to very seriously call me back with an update on locating the sensor. They admittedly were never sure why their parts specialist couldnt be reached or why they couldnt locate it. No one ever called me. Not once. I called once a week for 4 weeks and gave up after 5. It was a joke of a company. I called Complete Auto Glass and was met with great customer service, they ensured the rain sensor was available as we made the appointment, and they had my windshield on 6 days later. honestly just go with Complete. My insurance company works with Safelite but since Complete has been consistent on this car twice, Ill choose them from now on.

        Ridiculous, Cant speak to a person, Robot will not let you. Cant even ask a question. You lost my business before it even started.
