The GK team exemplifies professionalism in so many more ways than just the way they handle business with their clients who are buying and selling homes. They are absolute gems to other colleagues in the industry as well! They conduct their business with their HEART! There is so much that happens behind the scenes of a real estate transaction, they handle all parts of it with such grace! It's an honor to work with them!

My wife and I recently moved to MI from out of state and decided to start our search for our first home. Mike was recommended to us through some friends who had nothing but good things to say about him. He had also been their agent when they bought their first home. Mike was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, prompt with his responses, answered all of our questions and took us step by step through the home buying process. One thing that really impressed us with Mike was how honest he was and how much he cared about us finding the right home, not just any home - something that is very hard to do in this crazy market. Mike and Bob are the best realtors in the state. They are honest, realistic and most importantly, they are dedicated to working for you until you find your next dream home. I wouldnt work with anybody else. What a great team. They helped my wife and I find our first home in 2013, our dream home in 2022 (during the struggle of the COVID house market) and Im sure they will find me my lake house up north when we are ready!! Big thanks to them!!
