Terrible experience. The realtor Lauren Richardson was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I asked a question about the transaction. Lauren became very combative and argumentative and even hung up the phone on me TWICE when I tried to gain clarity on the transaction. I will NEVER use nor recommended this agent. Everyone beware!! Save yourself the headache.

I loved the website. We are just starting to look at houses and it was very easy to type in the are with the amount we want to spend. I saw a lot of good houses and can't wait to start seeing them.

Agent didn't respond to messages left. When I did get in contact with agent they acknowledged receipt of messages and informed me they were busy in a store and would call me right back. They never did and never returned my messages. Not an agency I would want to work with.

Terrible and very unethical experience. Rose Lang is a liar and she has no integrity. I put an offer in on a property 19729 Santa Rosa and Rose Lang emailed my real estate agent accepting my offer. Yes, she literally accepted the offer in writing. However, three days later my real estate agent calls me and says he has some bad news. He then tells me that although Rose Lang accepted my offer on the property in writing, a cash offer came in and she changed her mind and gave the house to the person offering the cash offer. As it turns out, Ms. Lang was not only the listing agent for the house I was purchasing but she was also the owner which makes the situation unethical and very shady. When my agent and I both spoke to Rose Lang she was very rude and lied about accepting my offer even though I had her acceptance in writing via an email that she initiated and sent. I have forwarded that very same email that she wrote to my attorney. Do not work with Rose Lang as clearly she is not a rose but more like a thorn.
