The smoothie was really good, but there were a lot of chunks in it which kept taking me by surprise.

Their quality has seemed to go down hill over the past year or so. A couple weeks ago we had to issue a refund because they filled the smoothie cup only 2/3 of the way. And its already a small cup compared to other places like Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and a lot more expensive. I ordered this wrap (pictured) and its a mess. Certainly not worth the high price tag. The workers took 30 minutes to make me and my sisters salads, and also gave my friends freshly made juice to another customer, and she had to wait another 30 minutes until she walked up there and asked where it was, and they told her that the juicer was broken, and to grab a pre made juice from the fridge. She proceeded to ask for some kind of compensation and the workers were extremely disrespectful. We were very unsatisfied until the manager Brooklyn compensated my friend with 2 pre made juices. This was not a very good experience overall. I was about to buy a smoothie, but because of all these negative reviews and a lack of customer service I won't be going here. All resteraunt act this way, ignore the customer inside and prioritize the to go orders. Invest in your staff and train them well, otherwise customers won't go to your stores and you'll lose money and go out of business. Makes no sense, if businesses would focus on training their staff in customer service and were paid a fair rate, then these problems wouldn't exists and they'd get more business. Sad.
