        Hands down one of the best workouts you will get. The energy of the instructors and the fellow riders is off the charts. Its not just a place to get a workout but you make great friends that quickly become like family!!. Everyone makes you feel like family there. I look forward to each and everyone ride each week.!!

        Absolutely love CBN. I started spinning last year and immediately felt welcome, comfortable, and supported. The staff are always friendly and helpful if you need anything. The instructors have the BEST energy and are incredibly positive and motivating. I went from riding once or twice a week, to now riding 5+ days a week because I love it so much. There are always opportunities for deals and fun challenges that encourage you to meet various goals. If you've been hesitant, TRY IT! You will not regret it.
