        Rude Staff. ATMs Are Constantly Down And Never Work Properly. Do Not Use This Location. It Sucks. Do Better Chase!!

        We have personal & business accounts here. Once they lost our checks in an ATM and it took months to recover them. Recently, we had our account hacked, and the local manager would do nothing to help us. Pretty much hung up on me. We are fighting the denied fraud money for now, but I would recommend you find somewhere else to bank. Btw, the employees are nice here, but Craig the mgr., well, not so much.

        We had about 6 bank accounts to open, and they were pretty tedious to open because each of them are layered. However, Mrs. Mclntosh and Mr. Lee did an AMAZING job with handling our needs all in within 90 minutes . I would highly recommend this branch!! Thank you for your great customer service!
