        I was glad the lighthouse was open to visitors. The Lady employee working the gift shop was friendly and helpful. Bought a few awesome Christmas gifts.

        It wasn't open when we stopped but it sure was nice to look at.

        BEWARE that your entrance fee into the state park does NOT cover the additional $5pp fee to see the lighthouse museum or go to the top. We stepped into the room and dropped a donation in the box and only then were we told about the fee. I was pissed to say the least. I know it's only $5 but sometimes it's how it's disclosed.
