UPDATE: Called this morning (Monday) Talked with Jessica, very rude. Got no where except they can pick it up on my normal day this week (will be shocked if they do) Can compensate for one of the missed weeks not both because of the time frame that i called. (Apparently they think everyone takes care of can right away) was told manager was in meeting Jessica refused to give me a time i can contact Dawn. Place is a joke A+ Rating at BBB will be changing. Time to switch companies. Well LRS seems to be doing no better then Michiana with picking up on time according to schedule. Now on week two of my garbage not being picked up. Even talked to them the morning of my pick up day to confirm it would be picked up. Apparently when they say yes it will be picked up means No just kidding it wont be! Nothing makes me happier than paying for services Im not getting and might we add my garbage can is now broken as well. Not sure when the new company took over but damn! Come on.. Dont mind the garbage in the can in the pictures, refer to complaint one in this post

Lakeshore recycling has falsified their information and are not accredited with BBB Very disappointed. We have been with Michiana for a couple years now and we have had multiple missed pick ups. I call them get told "We have to look at the drivers notes". They call back and say we don't know why we will have someone come get it... It never gets picked back up until the next week. Then I watch the driver have an attitude about the bags next to the can because its two weeks worth of garbage. I never hear back from them with an apology or any kind of compensation. I guess I just want to pay for services I'm not getting.

Changed ownership and increased billing amount without notification. Also stopped their recycling program without notification and found out months later they were throwing everything away even when labeled recycling. Horrible unethical company now with new owners.

Pretty sad what this company has become since the takeover. Can't get a straight answer as to IF, IF, residents of Three Rivers will get recycling service again. All I ever hear is the usual run around story that yep it's coming, it takes time. Please, it's been almost 5 months since the start up of recycling in Cass and Niles, and no expansion eastward yet??? After being with them for almost 10 years and never having a complaint about the service, I guess it's time to change. I wonder who many customers they've lost since the buy out!?
