These guys are great! They answered the phone any time I called and even responded immediately to texts. The day I asked for a quote, they came and gave me the best quote I have had for some dead tree branch removal from my property. Not only was the quote excellent but he said they would be able to come in the next few days to remove it. I had several other quotes for 5x more money, and they were booked up for a full month! They cleaned all the trimming and left the yard in great shape! I would highly recommend this company, and will use them again when I need tree trimming! Service: Tree trimming & pruning

Carlos Avina and his crew did a wonderful taking down a large tree which was damaged in recent storm and landed against another tree. They were professional and respectful of our property. They did an excellent job of cleaning everything up. Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Avina Tree Service of Niles to anyone needing tree service.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom, who does not have internet. I contacted Avina for a quote on a tree trimming of a tree Iin her back yard that was over grown and branches hanging over the house. They came out the same day I contacted them. They showed back up within days to complete the work. My mom was very impressed and very pleased with not only their work, but their level of professionalism. They worked quickly, cleaned up all the limbs and hauled away and raked the yard to clean up any debris. They were polite and kept my mom informed of what they were doing and why. Phone is answered by the owner. No leaving messages. We had contacted 5 tree services with no idea how soon our tree could be taken down. The owner came out within a few hours of phoning, an estimate was given, and our tree taken down the same day. The yard was raked an it was difficult to see where they had worked. The next morning a crew came to grind the stump and fill in with black dirt. After they were done the ground was level. It was difficult to see where the tree had been. The cost was the same as other estimates we had received. This company is professional, all workers are courteous and the work is top notch. We highly recommend Avina Tree Service.

I would highly recommend Avina Tree Service for its EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I encountered the owner, Carlos, while taking a leisurely walk in my neighborhood where he and his crew had been working earlier. I stopped to ask for a business card for a future quote. He made time for me that day and gave me a very reasonable quote that was $2,000 less than another well-known competitor in Niles, MI. Not only was the quote considerably less, he was able to start the next day. Carlos and his crew removed four large trees 80 to 100+ feet and 24 to 36+ inches in diameter within two days. The trees were located in an easement between two privacy fences, approximately 12 feet apart, and with overhead powerlines thrown into the mix. The coordination, precision, skill, work ethic, and overall expertise these guys exhibited was absolutely amazing. Given the precarious situation, I expected a fence board or two be damaged but nothing was damaged at all. They also did a great job with the removal of debris and overall cleanup. My neighbors were even impressed watching it all unfold. I cannot thank Carlos and his crew enough for the great job they all did; my expectations were certainly exceeded! Service: Tree removal
