No communication,they don't bother trying to send people out if somebody calls off, they don't supply their clients with the help they need. seem to only care about how much money they can make. I was an employee and I had them helping my dad they failed miserably, in three months the physical therapist was sent out twice and because he never got the proper care he fell a second time now I'm going through someone else.do not trust your loved ones with this company. In response to their response I left two bad reviews one for them and one for chalet of Niles which anybody that knows about that place would agree with that review and my client told me that in a week only one person was ever sent out to her so that's not covering my shift don't think that's too confusing and I was told that she held back physical therapy so that way her people would get more hours and the person that told me that heard it straight from Giva so I guess it's a she said she said
