        They refuse to have a conversation with you about whether or not you will be able to qualify to rent from them prior to paying the amount of money that they want to Apply for an apartment. Then if you don't get the first apartment you apply for they want you to pay that same amount again to apply for a different apartment that they manage. They don't even have the decency to contact you to let you know. You were denied with anything more than just a text message that says sorry you weren't accepted. This is the laziest company I have ever seen in my life. And they're only driven by pure greed. I am so glad I didn't rent from them.

        Kelly Schaffer is an amazing agent! As first time home buyers AND moving from California to Michigan, we were nervous about buying a home sight unseen. Kelly went above and beyond to provide us with the best home buying experience. She was professional, friendly, prompt, and an all around rockstar. I couldnt have wished for a better experience. I highly recommend Kelly for future home buyers.

        I regretfully cannot recommend Cressy & Everett Real Estate, specifically the services of Kelly Diane Schaffer. My experience with her was far from pleasant, as she displayed an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. There were instances of inappropriate language and heated exchanges with colleagues, creating a hostile working environment. The dogs featured in her promotional photos also raised concerns. Upon arrival at her premises, these dogs approached my car, which is a common occurrence. However, the manner in which she reacted to this, resorting to yelling and name-calling, was both disturbing and offensive. This was especially evident with one dog, who she treated even more poorly due to it being her mother's and not her own. This lack of professionalism, coupled with her overall negative demeanor, greatly tarnished my experience. As such, I can only give a 1-star rating to this real estate company and its unfortunately unsatisfactory staff.
