        My wife and I had decided to look for lenders to purchase out first home. Ruoff was a easy choice, as they had a lot of positive reviews. We had a small issue with the financing at first, but once that got resolved we were able to purchase a home. Kelly was who answered the phone when I called the Niles office. She was exceptional in her knowledge and care for our personal needs. I would use Ruoff again.
