While this hotel isnt up to the standards that I normally prefer it is nice for the price you pay. I would have definitely given less stars just for quality if it hadnt been for the amazing service given by Robin. I initially was put in a handicapped accessible room which isnt something I need. I was staying for a full week so I requested to be moved and explained that I was working overnights and sleeping during the day so a top floor room was preferred. Robin was so sweet and not only got me a top floor room but also tried to pick a room away from others that would allow me some quiet in the morning. Every interaction with Robin was wonderful and she made me feel extremely comfortable with any request I had. She is truly a wonderful employee and her service is what gives this hotel a 4 star rating for me.

Polite and friendly staff. The room was okay, we found a hair that belonged to neither me or my partner in the hot tub. The location was solid, lots of food places around and a few dispensaries. Nearby activities: Dispensaries, restaurants, shopping places.

Room was reasonably priced, clean, but somewhat dated. Stayed 2 days, we asked for room to not be cleaned, just leave clean set of towels. They went into the room anyway, left a note saying they couldn't clean because our stuff was out, but they never gave us clean towels. This is a private owned hotel, there seemed to be.an excessive amount of family and friends hanging out, that really shouldn't have been there. The extra people made it uncomfortable at times especially during the morning breakfast. Will stay somewhere else next time.
