        Typically have a good experience at UFCU, however the lobby not being opened on Saturday is a huge inconvenience when they dont do certain things (take payments) via the drive thru. I always go in but didnt make it this week and attempted to use the drive thru to make a car payment. All the times Ive ever went in Ive never had to use my pin to pay from my card. Today I wasnt able to make a payment because it was considered a cash advance and required my PIN number. In the 2 years Ive been coming to make payments, I havent had to enter my pin once. Im confused why today its different and then to use the automated phone service costs an extra $10. Just the typical run around with the bank.

        I have been with United for over 12 years and nver had a problem. Tonya at the call center on the other hand is absolutely horrible. She was unwilling to help and just plain freaking rude. She was asked for information on the past 30 days and would not do it because the account was too big for her to look for 30 days worth of information isnt it your job to give me MY information on MY account? She said to print off a statement If I wanted the information. I get paid biweekly. Shouldnt be hard to look up the last 30 day direct deposits. Just horrible
