Horvath & Associates Excavating

Just under four years ago, Horvath installed the septic system for us on a new build. When I called Tim, he was blunt, but agreed to come out and take care of the problem. Weeks later he came out once, and this is what Im left with. As of 12/04 I found out I have to have the box dug up and may have major problems. Ive called an attorney, what a shame to have to because of poor workmanship and Horvaths lack of responsibility.

Horrible customer service I called twice about having a person come out to tear down a garage for me they told me someone would call me back. I never heard back from them so I gave them a call and the lady got upset with me for calling an asking about a job that I was willing to give up my good money to have something done.

Owner Tim Horvath is a funny guy. He should do comedy. He is good. Dry sarcasm . Peggy is an excellent office staff with fast service.
