Their person who answers the phone is very rude and very unprofessional. She is horrible. It would be a mistake for me to give them my business.

This is a terrible and unprofessional company. In Niles there is a 8am noise ordinance and this Saturday morning my entire household was woken up at 7am to a guy running a giant concrete saw chopping up my street curb. Not only was it insanely loud but he was also less than 5 feet away from my car with this thing. When I approached him to see who he worked for and why they thought it was ok to wake up the entire area during quiet hours and he just smirked and said that he just works for them, NCSC. I called the office and the dude tried to tell me they didnt think it would bother anyone. Seriously? Like I am stupid enough to believe he is stupid enough to not realize his guy was about to mess up everyones day off. First Sat out of school?!? Kids are up at 7am anyway, why not Northern?!? I mean you got behind schedule after all so forget the rest of the world right. My neighbor can be heard fighting with his wife now. Thats what happens when you wake people up on their day off after a hard work week. They get grumpy. So after all this I get smirks from the laborer and lies from the office. Way to be professional guys. I will never give these guys any work and I will never let anyone I care about do it either. Also contacting the city to see why they give contracts to companies like this.
