Absolutely amazing their customer service skills are above and beyond. I originally went to Lochmandy in Elkhart and maaaaan that was a mistake they wanted to schedule me two weeks out and charge me an arm and a leg. Tyler's was fast and efficient worth the drive if not in your immediate area. I will forever sing their praise cus they saved me when I needed it. Tim was who helped me and he was the bee's knees. 10/10 would recommend

Service area staff has been awful every time Ive taken my vehicle. Unpleasant and patronizing. I took my jeep to get an oil change there only because I had a coupon. They told me the coupon wasnt for the full synthetic oil change with the type of oil my jeep needed. Fine but then stated well, that would be a good coupon, huh while snickering. Also, No one in the service area was wearing masks! Ive driven 45 minutes to buy my last three vehicles and will not return to this awful dealership.

I had to call to see if my tuck was done never received a call..and the radio messed up on the way home..so I had to call again and the service writer said he would call me back umm never didvery poor communication...
