i moved in with roach problems amd six months later i still live with roaches...they refuse the refund my money and are forcing a lawsuit....unless u like paying the roaches rent id go elsewhere. just a lil peice of the evidence i have.

You guys are literally terrible and dont know how to run a business. Please fire the woman in the leasing office. There is absolutely NO REASON a renter needs to call, email, leave voicemails for over an a entire year before getting a 2 sentence response. There is NO REASON a renter should have to call for a week for a stove fire and still not get a return call. There is NO REASON that a renter should spend a year and a half begging for an upgrade to be ignored while you continue to post rentals. There is NO REASON you should be posting evictions without a single notice, to the renter. There is no reason peoples leases should be destroyed, there is no reason the office should be changing emails and not informing ALL renters. The favoritism is absolutely disgusting, I have called and left voicemails for my family member and gotten calls back faster, they get told there is absolutely no available apartments for a year but I get told there are multiple???? Other renters have reached out what they have no issue contacting her in office but yet my family member cant get a response for a year at the same Email? Why is my family being offer two years later a upgrade only to be ignored for two months and the upgrade given away to someone else and then told they did not give back a lease they were told was shredded and forced into a month to month. Yall are a JOKE.

On top of not repairing our oven for over a year (like the lease states) ((also weve emailed them atleast 5 times. We never get a response)) We rarely even get our own mail. Something weird is going on.. Tack on the added terror of maintenance coming into your apartment without notice (when you are or aren't there) I also woke up today with the bonus of my car having been towed despite not having recieved notice of any intent to tow or remove vehicle. Vehicle was in operating, clean condition with no visible damage. EDIT 1 : Am looking for legal guidance in regards to handling this matter. Last week I had 2 packages stolen. Constant Domestic violence running on with no help despite the lease saying they prevent it. They took my $900 for rent on the 31st and the next day gave me a notice saying I need insurance by January 3rd despite 1.) having been on month to month lease, and 2.) The letter was dated January 31st AND January 3rd The lease states many things of which they do not do. I have kept all papers they've handed out and all receipts. Any help is appreciated.
