        Guy was rude to me over the phone when I called to ask if he could replace the O ring in the main pipe because it was leaking, didn't give me a time he would be at my house, just said "sometime later today ". I happened to be at the store when he showed up, he had an attitude and then was rude to the people who were at my house. He said he would look up what size pressure tank I have and where it was located (they were ones who installed the well and underground pressure tank years ago, so it would be in their records)and would call me back to let me know, I have not received a phone call yet about it. Very poor customer service in my opinion and I will not be calling them again for any more of their well services. I will call a different company.

        What a awesome business man! Our pump went out on Saturday morning. I called all around and he was the only one to answer. He came out the next day and fixed our pump, on a Sunday. He is super personable and one of a kind good person. Thanks Ray for your hard work!
